We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 2-3 days to process and ship out your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is shipped. Orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days depending on carrier capability.

If your order has been shipping and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. TakeTwo Gallery is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date. 

Non-deliverable/ Returned To Sender

Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.

Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.

We do not accept any items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, bodysuits, or swimwear. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

 ONLINE ORDERS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however we will gladly issue you a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card if you are unhappy with your purchase. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be requested no more than 7 days after the order was received/marked as delivered.

 Returned items must be in original packaging and must not be worn, washed, altered, or stained. Please send your items back within 5 days of your return approval. When returning, we recommend using a carrier with a tracking capabilities. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and issue your store credit.  IN-STORE PURCHASES/ PICK UP ORDERS

Please note that items purchased in store and orders placed for in store pick up are non returnable. Please inspect your items and ensure the correct fit before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. 

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

 

TakeTwo Gallery reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, TakeTwo Gallery reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
