SHIPPING POLICY

Packages that are returned due to an incomplete or incorrectly supplied address, customers will be responsible for any new shipping costs associated with resending the package. Or the order may refunded at the request of the purchaser, minus the cost of shipping.

Standard shipping is Priority Mail via USPS, 2-4 days delivery from the date that it is shipped out.  We also offer Priority Express for expedited deliveries.

Shipping methods:

Priority: $5.50 (flat rate) 2-4 Days 

Express: $30 (flat rate) 1-2 Business Days*

*Priority express ships out the same day if the order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Express orders placed after 1:00pm EST will ship out the following business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept any items that are worn, washed, altered, stained, sale items, bodysuits, leggings or swimwear.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, however we will gladly issue you a store credit if you are unhappy with your item(s). Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns may be requested no more than 10 days after the order was placed.

Returned items must be in original packaging and must not be worn, washed, altered, or stained. Please contact customer service at taketwogallery@gmail.com to request a return.  When returning, we recommend using a carrier with a tracking capabilities. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return and issue your store credit.
